Vande Bharat derailment: Coach slips off tracks at Pune station (Source: X@ians_india)​ NEW DELHI: A coach of the Mumbai-Solapur Vande Bharat Express derailed just before the train was entering Pune railway station on Monday evening. According to the officials, none of the passengers was injured in the mishap.The incident occurred around 7.30 pm when the premium AC train (No. 22225), running from Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) to Solapur in south-west Maharashtra, was passing over a crossing near a platform.”One of the wheels of a coach of the Vande Bharat train derailed at a diamond crossing. The crossing is being replaced on priority. No passenger was injured in the incident,” officials said.A diamond crossing is a railway junction where two tracks intersect at the same level, forming a diamond-shaped layout. Railway authorities said the crossing is slated for an upgrade as part of an ongoing yard remodelling work at Pune station.The Central Railways said one trolley of the fourth coach derailed on the diamond crossing. Non-standard diamond crossings are being phased out as part of ongoing safety measures, officials added.Passengers from the affected coach were seen getting down from the train carrying their luggage and walking to the nearest platform. The impugned order has failed to appreciate the fact that she sought her rightful share in pension of the deceased only after demise of the first wife. It is submitted herein that she was never in dispute with the first wife for the pension of the deceased husband,” the petition said.HC had rejected her claim saying that as the second marriage was solemnised during subsistence of first marriage, the relief claimed by her could not be allowed.
