US president Donald Trump on Wednesday shared an AI-generated image depicting Jesus hugging him, days after facing backlash for posting a similar image portraying himself as Jesus.The image, originally posted on X by a supporter, was reshared by Trump on his Truth Social platform. Along with it, he wrote, “The Radical Left Lunatics might not like this, but I think it is quite nice!!!”Wednesday’s post follows criticism over an earlier AI-generated image the president shared on Sunday, portraying himself as Jesus.The image, posted on Truth Social, showed Trump in flowing robes appearing to heal a sick man, with beams of light emanating from his hands.
