Audience reactions remain divided
During its theatrical release, ‘Trikala – The Script of God’ received mixed responses from viewers.One viewer wrote online, “The movie starts on a promising note and manages to grab your attention for the first 20 minutes. Unfortunately, after that, it completely loses its direction. The core concept had a lot of potential but the makers failed to develop it into an engaging story. There’s nothing fresh or memorable and the screenplay feels weak and inconsistent.”Another audience member shared, “The online description claims that the film strongly portrays Sanatana Dharma but I did not feel that the movie delivered on that promise. In my opinion, the promotional description created expectations that the film failed to meet.”

The story begins in the legendary land of Kumari Kandam. The powerful sages protect sacred scriptures believed to possess extraordinary abilities. They fear that these secrets could fall in hands of the evil forces and create a divine weapon and entrust it to the warrior Trikala Varma.During a fierce battle against dark powers, Trikala Varma sacrifices his life to protect humanity. The sages preserve his soul inside the mystical Maya Andam and believe that he will one day return during the Kali Yuga to confront evil once again. The film follows the mystery surrounding this prophecy.
