The Aam Aadmi Party’s ‘Rojgaar Do – Samajik Nyay Do’ foot march entered its second day in Uttar Pradesh, highlighting the state’s high unemployment and caste-based discrimination. Led by Sanjay Singh, the 13-day march from Ayodhya to Prayagraj aims to demand jobs and social justice for the marginalized. – The Aam Aadmi Party’s “Rojgaar Do – Samajik Nyay Do” (Give employment, Give social justice) foot march entered its second day in Uttar Pradesh on Thursday, with party leader Sanjay Singh flagging issues of unemployment and caste-based discrimination in the state.Led by AAP’s Uttar Pradesh in-charge and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh, the 13-day march began from Chandpur, Harbanshpur and Dhabasemer in Ayodhya, passed through Kalyan Bhadarsa and reached Bikapur.“Uttar Pradesh has sadly become the state with the highest unemployment in India,” Singh said while addressing the crowd. “Government vacancies remain unfilled, while farmers, weavers and small-scale workers continue to suffer economic distress and lack of opportunities”, he added.On the issue of social discrimination, Singh said, “Uttar Pradesh also leads in caste-based injustice. Even today, Dalits face discrimination in temples, weddings, and public spaces.
