NEW DELHI: The Delhi High Court on Friday issued notices to Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi, along with five others, on a plea filed by the Enforcement Directorate seeking a stay on a trial court order in the National Herald money laundering case. The court has listed the matter for hearing on March 12, 2026.The ED has challenged the trial court’s decision refusing to take cognisance of its money laundering complaint. The agency has alleged that the accused acquired assets worth Rs 2,000 crore for Rs 50 lakh.
