NEW DELHI: PM Narendra Modi on Wednesday asked all ministers to ensure that the benefits of all govt schemes and programmes reach every eligible person and to work for society’s overall development.At the Chintan Shivir meeting, Modi interacted with eight groups consisting of eight ministers each, which deliberated on different issues, including improving self-efficiency, delivery, effective communication and trust-based governance.
