NEW DELHI: A video of Karnataka chief minister DK Shivakumar taking bites from apples and throwing them into a crowd during a public event in Kanakapura has gone viral on social media.The clip was recorded during Shivakumar’s visit to Horahalli in Kanakapura, where he received a grand welcome from supporters. As part of the reception, local residents presented him with a large “Gajamala”, a ceremonial garland made of fresh apples and flowers.In the video, Shivakumar is seen plucking apples from the garland, taking a bite, and then tossing the fruit towards supporters gathered at the venue.
