Its relatively low-density setting, natural landscape and accessibility from Pune and Mumbai have helped strengthen its appeal.Bajpayee’s latest acquisition fits into this broader trend, adding an agricultural property in one of Maharashtra’s increasingly sought-after leisure and second-home destinations to his existing real estate holdings.
