The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has announced the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2026 Round 1 final seat allotment result for admission to undergraduate courses today, July 15. Candidates who participated in the first round of the Undergraduate Common Entrance Test (UGCET) counselling can now check their allotment status on the official website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.To access the result, candidates will have to log in using their application number and password.The final seat allotment has been prepared based on the candidate’s merit, reservation category, choices filled during counselling, and seat availability. The provisional seat allotment result was released on July 14, and the final allotment has now been published.Candidates who have been allotted a seat must download their seat allotment order, pay the required admission fee, and report to their allotted college within the timeline announced by KEA.
How to download the KCET Round 1 final seat allotment result 2026
Candidates can follow these steps to check their allotment result:
- Visit the official KEA website at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.
- Click on the “KCET Round 1 Final Seat Allotment Result 2026” link on the homepage.
- Enter your application number and password.
- Click on Submit.
- Your seat allotment result will appear on the screen.
- Download the seat allotment order and take a printout for future use.

Documents required for admission
Candidates should keep the following documents ready while reporting to the allotted institute:
- KCET Round 1 seat allotment order
- KCET admit card
- KCET scorecard or rank card
- KCET application form printout
- Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) or Class 10 marks card and passing certificate
- Class 12 or 2nd Pre-University Course (2nd PUC) marks card and passing certificate
- Aadhaar card or any other valid government-issued photo identity proof
- Transfer Certificate (TC) issued by the last attended institution
- Recent passport-size photographs
- Admission fee payment receipt, if the fee has been paid online
