Kangana Ranaut on Udhayanidhi Stalin’s arrest NEW DELHI: Actor and BJP MP Kangana Ranaut on Tuesday backed the police action against Tamil Nadu leader of opposition Udhayanidhi Stalin, saying that although the DMK leader is now out on bail, his arrested had set a “good precedent.”“Public display of filthy abuses, double-meaning obscene and vulgar jokes is not acceptable in any civilised society. Mr Stalin was sent to jail for the offence. He might be out on bail by now, but it’s a good precedent,” Ranaut, who often makes headlines for her own controversial remarks, said in a post on her Instagram Stories.
