NEW DELHI: Former Afghanistan fast bowler Shapoor Zadran has died in India after battling an illness. He had been undergoing treatment at a hospital in India for some time.“With profound grief and deep sorrow, the Afghanistan Cricket Board mourns the passing of former Afghanistan fast bowler Shapoor Zadran,” Afghanistan Cricket Board posted.Zadran was among the pioneering fast bowlers of Afghanistan cricket and played a significant role in the national team’s rise on the international stage.
