The report shows where the discoms stood in the last evaluation, whether their performance improved, and the number of places these utilities jumped or slipped compared with the previous survey.About the AuthorAtul MathurAtul Mathur is a Senior Assistant Editor at The Times of India with over 27 years of experience in journalism.
