Representative image NEW DELHI: J&K LG Manoj Sinha Tuesday ordered termination of five govt staffers over alleged links with terror outfits and Pakistan-based commanders working with ISI.Among those dismissed under Article 311(2)(c) of the Constitution are laboratory technician Tariq Ahmad Rah and forest field worker Farooq Ahmad Bhat, facing charges for extending logistical support to Hizbul Mujahideen divisional commander Mohammad Amin Baba in 2005. Others sacked include teacher Mohd Ishfaq, arrested in 2022 before he could execute an LeT plot to kill a police officer; and driver Mohd Yousf who, on the direction of HM terrorist Bashir Ahmad Bhat, was procuring arms.
