India and Russia are intensifying bilateral engagements ahead of their annual summit, with External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar meeting his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov in Moscow. Discussions focused on the upcoming summit agenda, regional and global issues including the Ukraine conflict, and the finalization of several bilateral agreements to strengthen their strategic partnership.
