He was released on bail later the same day.Muraleedharan said he had been informed that the prosecution’s case was not presented effectively and that the government would examine the reasons for it and take appropriate action.“He was booked for offences for which it was not easy to get bail, as that was the kind of statements he made. He got bail on a loophole.
