According to early estimates on sacnilk, ‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’ collected an estimated Rs 14 crore net across 16,447 shows in India on Day 8. The film registered a 17.6% drop from Wednesday’s Rs 17 crore.The latest earnings take the film’s India gross total to an estimated Rs 399.97 crore, leaving it just a fraction away from entering the Rs 400 crore gross club. With final figures yet to be reported, the superhero blockbuster is expected to comfortably cross the milestone. If not already past the mark, the film will hit Rs 400 crore in a matter of hours.

Having opened a day early in India on Thursday, July 30, Spider-Man: Brand New Day concluded its extended first week with an estimated Rs 334.50 crore net collection.The film has now secured a place among the top five highest opening-week performers at the Indian box office. According to Sacnilk, ‘Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge currently holds the record for the biggest opening week with Rs 636 crore, followed by Pathaan with Rs 351 crore and Jawan with Rs 348 crore. With Rs 334.50 crore in its extended first week, Spider-Man: Brand New Day has overtaken Animal, which had occupied the fifth spot since its release in 2023 and earned a total of Rs 301 crore.
