University of Hyderabad opens UG admissions 2026 for 17 undergraduate and integrated programmes; applications close on July 21
The University of Hyderabad (UoH) has commenced the online application process for admission to its undergraduate and integrated postgraduate programmes for the 2026-27 academic session. Eligible candidates can submit their applications from July 7 through the university admission portal. The last date to apply is July 21.Admissions to all programmes will be based on CUET (UG) 2026 scores. The university has announced that the counselling list will be notified on August 3, while classes for the new academic session are scheduled to begin on August 17.Admissions offered across 17 specialised programmesThe University of Hyderabad is offering admission to 17 specialised undergraduate and integrated postgraduate programmes. These include a four-year Bachelor of Science (Honours/Research) programme in Chemistry.The university is also accepting applications for five-year Integrated Master of Science programmes in Mathematical Sciences, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Applied Geology and Psychology.In addition, admissions are open for five-year Integrated Master of Arts programmes in Philosophy, Hindi, Telugu, Urdu, Language Sciences, Economics, History, Political Science, Sociology and Anthropology.Admission based on CUET UG 2026 scoresCandidates seeking admission must have appeared for CUET (UG) 2026, as the university will prepare the merit list on the basis of the entrance examination scores.
