Ram Charan is currently enjoying a successful phase at the box office with ‘Peddi’ continuing its theatrical run. An earlier interview featuring his wife Upasana Konidela has once again caught the attention of social media users.During her appearance on Masoom Minawala’s podcast earlier in 2025 Upasana spoke about how her family maintains balance when dealing with financial matters. She explained that her grandfather introduced a structured system to avoid larger conflicts and disagreements.The family created a written framework that acts as a guide when important financial issues arise.She said, “We started Secret Santa in our family with 38 people, now we have 44. Over the years, the family has grown, and getting to know them and spend time with them, not just at gatherings but being there for each other, that’s really important. Us being a family business and a business family, we have a family constitution written as well. We go back to that so that there are no fights over wealth. Wealth should never be the cause for any fight in our family. These are the laws that my grandfather put in place. We fight over smaller things, but the big things are all written and taken care of by him.”

Personal structure remains an important part of Upasana Konidela’s routine

Apart from speaking about family practices, Upasana also shared details about her own approach to managing life and important decisions.According to her, she prefers identifying possible solutions and reviewing them carefully before reaching conclusions. She also revealed that guidance from a life coach has helped her during important phases of life.

During the same interaction, she explained how structure and planning have become essential parts of her routine.“I write things down, find solutions, check everything once again to see if I’m happy with it, bounce it off my life coach if I’m not confident about the solution. And then, after that, I execute. These exercises have helped me a lot in my life.”

‘Peddi’ continues growing at the box office

Meanwhile, Ram Charan’s ‘Peddi’ continues showing positive movement at the ticket window. The film witnessed another rise in collections on Day 4 and registered an estimated India net collection of Rs 31.90 crore. This represented a 10.6 percent increase from the previous day as reported by Sacnilk.Trade estimates suggest that the film’s India net total has now reached approximately Rs 157.15 crore. India gross earnings stand at nearly Rs 187.02 crore. The worldwide gross collection has climbed to around Rs 233.02 crore, while overseas markets have contributed approximately Rs 46 crore so far.
