What Bonnie Tyler said about her health before the hospitalisation
The news comes as something of a surprise given how positively Tyler had spoken about her health just months ago. In an interview with Hello! magazine published on March 2, she said she was “fit enough at the moment” and “really enjoying doing the shows.”“I’m still rocking on that stage with my wonderful band, and if you’ve got your health, you’ve got everything,” she told the outlet. “I do home Pilates, only 20 minutes a day, it’s something I can do in my hotel rooms.”She had noted at the time that the most pressing concern was the condition of her knees, though she had undergone what she described as a “very successful” washout procedure that she hoped would last for a long time.Tyler had international shows scheduled from May 22 through December, though it remains to be seen how her recovery will affect those commitments.
