NEW DELHI: Rejecting an attempt by SpiceJet and its promoter Ajay Singh to cite the ongoing West Asia crisis as a ground to seek review of an earlier court order to deposit Rs 144 crore in connection with its legal dispute with media baron Kalanithi Maran and Kal Airways, Delhi high court Monday dismissed the plea.The Delhi HC also imposed a cost of Rs 50,000 on the airline and Singh for disobeying orders of the Supreme Court to deposit the amount.
