CUET PG result 2026: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the final answer key for the Common University Entrance Test Postgraduate (CUET PG) 2026 and is expected to announce the results shortly on its official portal. Candidates who appeared for the examination will be able to access their scorecards at exams.nta.nic.in/cuet-pg using their application number and password or date of birth.The result will be based on the revised final answer key, which has been prepared after reviewing objections raised by candidates. The updated key reflects all valid challenges submitted during the objection window and will be used for final evaluation.Final answer key prepared after objection reviewThe CUET PG 2026 provisional answer key was released on April 11, with candidates allowed to raise objections until April 14 by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 200 per question. The final answer key incorporates all accepted challenges and forms the basis for the result declaration.The examination was conducted in computer-based test mode between March 6 and March 27, 2026, over a span of 21 days. There is no provision for re-evaluation or re-checking, and the published result will be treated as final.Participating universities will release individual cut-offs, merit lists, and eligibility criteria. Counselling will be conducted separately by each institution, and candidates are required to apply independently for courses and universities of their choice.Around 45 central universities, including University of Delhi, Jawaharlal Nehru University, and Jamia Millia Islamia, will use CUET PG scores for postgraduate admissions. Additionally, nearly 40 state universities such as Delhi Technological University, Dr BR Ambedkar University Delhi, and Gurugram University will also consider these scores.Application timeline and participation detailsThe CUET PG 2026 application process began on December 14, 2025, and concluded on January 14, 2026. A correction window was opened on January 28 for candidates to make necessary changes.Candidates who had completed or were in the final year of their undergraduate programme were eligible to appear, with no age limit prescribed by NTA.Last year, 6,54,019 candidates registered for CUET PG, of whom 5,23,032 appeared for the examination, marking the highest participation since the exam’s introduction in 2022.The CUET PG 2026 scorecard will include details such as candidate name, roll number, subjects attempted, raw marks, normalised score, percentile, and qualifying status. The result will remain valid only for the 2026–27 academic session.
