In the bureaucratic reshuffle, Vir Vikram Yadav has been appointed director general of civil aviation (DGCA), replacing Faiz Ahmed Kidwai.Kidwai, an MP-cadre IAS officer, has been appointed additional secretary in the personnel department. Punjab-cadre IAS officer Tejveer Singh will be the new chemical and petro-chemicals secretary.Narendra Bhooshan, a UP-cadre officer, was named the new secretary of land resources department.
