He is the third judge to recuse himself in the case after Justice Atul Chandurkar and Justice MM Sundresh, reports Amit Anand Choudhary.At the outset of the hearing, which was listed before a bench of Justices Prashant Kumar Mishra and Shree Chandrashekhar, the court asked for the matter to be listed before another bench.”It will go to some other combination; my brother has some difficulty.
