Sadhguru emphasized that the world’s quality of life hinges on how businesses operate, urging them to be future-oriented. He addressed AI’s impact, stating it will shift work patterns, benefiting those who embrace change. Entrepreneurship requires constant agility and a spirit of adventure, not just survival. Lord Karan Bilimoria highlighted team loyalty and integrity as crucial for business resilience. Sadhguru on Thursday said the world is increasingly business-oriented and that the quality of life depends on how businesses are run. In a post shared on X, he stated, “The world has become business-oriented, has begun to understand the nature, the safety and the quality of life depends on how we conduct our businesses. It is not just about military or politics. Our business determines how well people live. A time has come when businesses should belong to the future because they are the leading edge of the world.”Speaking at INSIGHT: The DNA of Success 2025 at the Isha Yoga Center in Coimbatore on November 27, he addressed participants and said businesses must look ahead. The annual business leadership intensive, hosted from November 27 to 30, has over 200 participants from more than 20 countries including the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan and Singapore.Responding to concerns over artificial intelligence, Sadhguru described AI as a shift in human work patterns. He said, “The power of ‘intellectual coolies’ is going to go away very soon and I’m so happy about this….Your brain and your intelligence is to be used in a different way, which a machine can never do. People are thinking, ‘Oh, machines will come, everything will go away. Only data-related things will go away.'”He added that technological change will be difficult only for those who expect certainty through one qualification or job. “It is for those people who thought they will do one job interview properly and after that their life is settled. For those people, this is a challenge. (If) you’re an entrepreneur, you shouldn’t care. It’ll open up a million new possibilities that you never thought possible.”On entrepreneurship, he said agility is central to growth. “The first thing you have to learn is to be agile. If you are an entrepreneur, that means you’re on your toes all the time. An entrepreneur should not be thinking of survival. An entrepreneur is an adventurer wanting to create something, even if it costs life.”He closed his address saying the programme was an opportunity for participants to become more observant and reflective. “I hope this INSIGHT becomes a way for you to become more agile, more insightful, with more integrity. You will become innocent for integrity if you’re not constantly questioning every step that you take. If you don’t ask questions, you will start creating conclusions. Conclusion is death. Questions keep you agile and stepping into something fresh every day.”Speaking at the event, Lord Karan Bilimoria said team loyalty and family support help businesses withstand stress. He told attendees that it is “better to fail doing the right thing than to succeed doing the wrong thing.”The INSIGHT programme will continue for two more days with speakers including Nitin Paranjpe, Raj Sisodia, Rohit Bansal, Shashank Kumar and Dr Bala Subramaniam.End of ArticleFollow Us On Social MediaVideosAustralia Says India Is Now A Leading Global Power, Credits PM Modi For Transforming World DynamicsOusted PM Sheikh Hasina Faces Fresh Conviction as Court Awards 21-Year TermPM Modi Announces Major Move Allowing Private Players Into Nuclear Sector To Spur Advanced ReactorsExplained: Why Vikram-I Could Transform India’s Satellite Launch Market And Global Space Leadership‘Pak, Bangladesh, US…’: BJP Alleges Congress Using Foreign ‘X’ Accounts to Set India’s NarrativePakistan’s Adiala Jail Issues Statement On Imran Khan’s Health Amid Viral Death RumoursThe Indrajaal Ranger: India Unveils AI-Enabled Anti-Drone Patrol Vehicle In HyderabadBrahMos Diplomacy Peaks As Rajnath Singh Deepens India-Indonesia Defence Ties In Indo-Pacific ShiftOperation Sindoor Showed India’s Strength, Discipline And Deterrence To The World: President Murmu’Years Of Reforms & Readiness Translated Into Decisive Outcomes In Op Sindoor’: Army Chief Dwivedi123Photostories5 best utensils for daily cooking and how much nutrients they can retainRestricted skies: 5 no-fly zones in India and why planes avoid themDhanush to Kriti Sanon: 5 best fashion looks of the day that are setting major style goals10 surprising things about pregnancy that no one tells you10 unique seven-letter baby names loved by new parentsHow to make South Indian-Style Beetroot Poha for BreakfastSigns that Shani is Upset With You10 affordable date ideas that help you bond without spending much5 places in the world you can’t set foot in — and whyInside the glamorous world of Manish Malhotra’s Bandra bungalow123Hot PicksDelhi AQI TodayNew Labour CodeWorld NewsGold rate todaySilver rate todayPublic Holidays NovemberBank Holidays NovemberTop TrendingDeion SandersAyesha CurryTaylor SwiftMarqury CollinsStefon DiggsSaudi Prince Mohammed Bin SalmanCharlie McAvoyWPL Auction Who Got WhomSteveWillDoIt ControversyCandace Owens

Karnataka’s top Congress leaders, chief minister Siddaramaiah and deputy CM DK Shivakumar, engaged in a public spat on social media. Shivakumar alluded to a “secret deal” for a rotational chief ministership, while Siddaramaiah countered by emphasizing his commitment to a full five-year term and highlighting fulfilled promises. This open conflict signals a significant escalation beyond their supporters’ verbal exchanges. NEW DELHI: The power tussle for the top post in Karnataka Congress turned ugly on Thursday with chief minister Siddaramaiah taking open potshots at his deputy DK Shivakumar. Hours after Shivakumar posted a cryptic message reminding Siddaramaiah and the Congress high command to “keep one’s word and walk the talk”, the chief minister has hit back using “word play” to target his deputy. Earlier today, Shivakumar in a post on X wrote, “WORD POWER IS WORLD POWER. The biggest force in the world is to keep one’s word. Be it a judge, president or anyone else including myself, everyone has to walk the talk. Word power is world power.” The state Congress president, who is eyeing the top post as part of a “secret deal” in 2023 for rotational CM following the party’s sweeping victory in the assembly elections, wants Siddaramaiah to honour the commitment made then by the party leadership.’All 140 MLAs Are Mine’: DK Shivakumar Amid Karnataka CM Speculation; Siddaramaiah Responds Siddaramaiah, who has often asserted that he will complete his term of 5 years, made an interesting response to DKS message.
