Addressing rallies in Sasaram and Bhabua, Singh said, “If Rahul is really concerned about SCs, STs or minority communities, he should have given the post of leader of opposition in Lok Sabha to someone from these communities.” Rejecting his allegation of “vote chori” in Bihar, Singh said, “If Rahul thinks votes are being stolen, he should file a complaint with EC.
