A probe is on. No one has been arrested so far.In Jammu’s Pragwal area, forces seized an aircraft shaped-balloon bearing the mark “PIA” — short for Pakistan International Airlines — from the border village Gurah Manhasa, the officials said.At Barmini on Jammu city’s outskirts, a man travelling in a Scorpio was arrested during checks, allegedly with an illegal 12-bore gun and two cartridges.
