He added that he was not invited to campaign in Bihar, but stressed that the RJD, as the senior partner, must also examine its performance.Former state chief Akhilesh Prasad Singh echoed the need for introspection and said there should not have been “friendly fights” within the alliance.Other opposition voices also reacted to the defeat. Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Priyanka Chaturvedi asked opposition parties to speak more directly to women voters, saying an alternative vision cannot be built without them.The Congress party, which won 19 seats in the 2020 election, has fallen to just 6 seats this time.
