Ladakh LG says relief and rescue efforts underway
Ladakh lieutenant governor Vinai Kumar Saxena said that he has directed the deputy commissioner and senior superintendent of police of Kargil to reach the site and oversee relief and rescue operations.In a post on X, he said, “…I have directed the DC & SSP of Kargil to visit the spot immediately and mobilise relief and rescue operations.
