SRINAGAR: J&K deputy CM Surinder Kumar Choudhary has moved Delhi high court against multiple social media channels, accusing them of falsely identifying him as one of two voices in an audio clip of a conversation with “sexual undertones”.Choudhary’s counsel, Suhail Malik, told TOI that several YouTube channels had been amplifying the audio with a static image of the deputy CM to suggest the male voice in the conversation with an unidentified woman is his.”An audio clip between two individuals is being circulated with his picture and passed off as his. These are small YouTube channels with fewer than one lakh subscribers,” Malik said. “We approached Delhi HC to get this taken down.
